Please see below the file provided by John Greening, with directions and timeline for the Field trip on March 20th.

I have uploaded the labels for use on the back of prints. There are two versions, one that can be printed and hand written, the second can be typed out on the computer before printing.
Find them under “Print Labels” on the left menu.

I have added a page that will contain past issues of The Flash, our newsletter. I will endeavor to upload it each time Herb produces a copy. Look for the page in the left menu.
Please note that the last page is missing from the issue as this contains members Private Phone numbers.
I have also sorted the page order on the navigation menu slighty.

There are changes for the 2010 Competitions:-
35mm slides: These are eliminated and from now on only Digital Images are going to be used.
Projector: The Projector has had color issues and they have been getting worse, the board is investigating replacing the digital projector with a new one. In the Mean time Craig Hadfield has offered use of his Projector.
Deadlines: Per the request of the full 2010 Council board today, entry deadlines for competitions for 2010 are to be strictly enforced! This means digital entries must be received by Craig at least one week in advance of the meetings and prints must be received no later than 9:45 a.m. on the morning of the Council meetings. The board has instructed that ALL late entries are to be rejected.
2010 End of the Year entries for Council will be collected at the November meeting (rather than the October meeting) to allow Fotoclave entries and fair entries to be returned prior to the deadline and to facilitate entry of November images into end of the year competition.
The Board.
Just a reminder for those going to Fotoclave, I need to have digital images by November 1st for Council on the 8th.
Craig.
Don’t Forget that Photoclave starts Tomorrow, October 30th 2009.

FotoClave is the premier photography forum in Northern California. Meeting every other year, it draws the finest amature film and digital photographers together for a weekend of learning, meeting and sharing. We have wonderful speakers and the days are filled with seminars covering techniques and subjects of photography. In addition, FotoClave includes a competition where members of participating camera club councils can show their best work.
